Risk factors for osteoporosis

•Caucasian or Asian female over 30

•Male over 45

•Small body frame

•Lack of exercise

•Poor nutritional/eating habits

•Inadequate calcium and vitamin D intake

•Tobacco and alcohol use

•Certain medications

•Family history
